We are excited to announce that we include Tony’s Chocolonely’s chocolate in our Creative Jungle creative kits, meaning that you will get to enjoy their delicious chocolate in the future while working on the fun creative tasks we provided you with! Amazing!
We love Tony's as they are on a mission to make chocolate 100% slave-free. The company deliberately chooses to work in Ghana and the Ivory Coast, where about 30,000 are victims of modern slavery and 1.37 million children are working under illegal conditions.
Tony’s Chocolonely’s does this so that they can support regions in which they are needed the most and archive maximum positive impact with their work.
On top of that, we have also partnered up with Bird & Blend Tea Co.!
Bird and Blend Tea is a happiness spreading, eco-friendly tea company. All of their products are designed in a way to minimise their impact on the planet and the company has supported around 30 charity causes worldwide with their ChariTEA programme. Awesome!
We'll also be running fun tea-themed creative workshops from some of their stores for their customers! One of them will be "Modern Calligraphy on Pumpkins" on the 5th of October. Below is a picture of a creative lino printing session we ran with some special guests in their Borough Market store recently.
As we strive to make our creative kits as sustainable and ethical as possible by using only recycled packaging and only including brands in them that share similar values, we are overjoyed to be working with both of these companies from now on.
