FAQs and Safeguards
Studio Safeguards
The studio will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each session. We have a strict cleaning routine that our studio manager and hosts keep to. Doors and windows will also be kept open (unless it's freezing).
We ask that you wash your hands upon arrival, and will provide you with hand sanitiser throughout the session.
We’ll keep contact details of every guest for 21 days to comply with the track and trace program.
If the weather permits it, we'll keep doors and windows open to allow for airflow.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Guests are not obliged to wear masks when seated but your host will wear a mask throughout the session. We ask you to pop your mask on when moving around the studio, for example to use the bathroom.
How many people can I have in my group booking?
We can fit up to 25 people at full capacity. If we need to follow social distancing measures, the capacity is reduced to 12.
Can I still bring my own food and drink?
Yes. We have fridges to keep drinks cold and we'll provide cups and cutlery if you need them.
What shipping delays are you facing?
We haven’t had any problems with delays yet, but please do be patient with us if there are!
We pack orders on Tuesdays and Thursday and send them 2nd class by Royal Mail so they should be with you within a week of ordering. The time it takes to arrive will depend on where you are based.
Can I catch COVID-19 through my creative kit order?
The short answer is no. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has advised that the virus does not survive long on packages. Public Health England (PHE) also advised that handling mail does not pose any infection risk.
